Bella wordpress skin is a very simple and clean WP theme. It is mostly white, there is no header graphic only a colorful border on the far left of the theme. This is a 2 column wp template with main text area located on the left and widget-supporting sidebar on the right. If you want the widgets menus to work in the sidebar you have to enable it in your blog admin (see under Appearance tab).
